Explore the Whitsunday Islands on a six-day kayaking adventure combining two tropical island base camps. Camp on the iconic white silica sands of Whitehaven Beach before heading north to Maureen’s Cove on Hook Island. From Whitehaven, explore Haslewood Island, Solway Passage and Hill Inlet. From Hook Island, paddle to Butterfly Bay, Black and Langford Islands, and snorkel at Mantaray and Luncheon Bays.
With only two camps to set up and water taxi transfers between locations, enjoy more time exploring the islands by kayak and on foot with experienced guides and expert cooks. Suitable for fit, adventurous travellers aged 16 years and over.

One night hotel accommodation in Airlie Beach, water taxi transfers to and from both island base camps, kayaking, camping and safety equipment, snorkelling gear, all park, reef and camping fees, guided sea kayaking with experienced guides and meals when kayaking.

Travel to and from Airlie Beach, accommodation before or after the expedition, travel insurance and items of a personal nature.

Day 1
Make your way to our group accommodation near Airlie Beach. Trip briefing with your guide. Overnight hotel.
Day 2
Transfer to Shute Harbour and water taxi to Whitehaven Beach. Set up camp, kayak to Haslewood Island and snorkel at Chalkie’s Beach and Windy Bay. Camping at Whitehaven Beach.
Day 3
Kayak through Solway Passage to Teague Island and explore the surrounding snorkel sites. Optional walking trails from Whitehaven Campground. Camping at Whitehaven Beach.
Day 4
Kayak along Whitehaven Beach to Hill Inlet. Swim and visit the lookout before transferring by water taxi to Maureen’s Cove on Hook Island. Camping at Maureen’s Cove, Hook Island.
Day 5
Explore Black Island and Langford Island by kayak, with snorkelling, walking and time to enjoy the islands. Camping at Maureen’s Cove,
Hook Island.
Day 6
Kayak along Hook Island’s northeast coast, including Luncheon Bay, Mantaray Bay and the Pinnacles. Return by fast vessel to Shute Harbour. Complimentary transfer to Airlie Beach.
