The best of all our Arctic adventures combined in one trip! We start in Iceland and cross the
Denmark Strait to the stunning landscapes of northeast Greenland. Kayaking through icechoked
fjords in the inner sanctum of Scoresby Sound, majestic peaks rise to 2000 metres.
We’ll see massive icebergs, richly coloured tundra, musk oxen, reindeer and arctic fox. Cruising
out through pack ice we cross the Greenland Sea to the north coast of Spitsbergen, breeding
ground for the polar bear, the waters home to walrus and seals.
Our journey continues south to the dramatic archipelagos and fjords along the west coast
of Norway. Towering cliffs, charming fishing villages and some of the world’s largest seabird
colonies teeming with gannets, fulmars, arctic terns and puffins. A true kayak odyssey so
don’t miss out.
This kayaking adventure takes place aboard our polar mother-ship Polar
Pioneer, home to our fleet of sturdy plastic kayaks.
