us on a Greenland kayak trip - an expedition voyage of pure
exploration to the largest fjords in the world aboard our
Polar mothership Polar
Pioneer. After exploring and sea kayaking in northwestern
Svalbard (Spitsbergen), we cross to Greenland. Here, we'll
paddle in Scoresby Sound where the famous big Greenland icebergs
are born.
As well as our Arctic sea kayaking adventures,
we visit remote Eskimo communities, and expect to see wildlife
such as musk oxen, reindeer and arctic fox. In the pack ice
we will watch for polar bears, walrus, whales and narwhale.
